Q. How do I place my order?

- Click on the product you want to buy.
- Click on the “Add To Cart” option.
- You can add multiple products to the cart by opening different products and adding them to the cart.
- After that, click “Cart” on the menu bar.
- Scroll down and click “Proceed to checkout.”
- Fill in all the billing details and check your order details (including the total cost).
- Click on the “Place Order” button below the form.
Your order is now placed, and you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. You can receive your order via Cash on Delivery (COD).
Q. How do I cancel an order on Glimm Glory?
A. To cancel your order, log in to your account. Guest users can call our helpline during office hours to cancel their orders. You can also cancel an order during the final confirmation call.
Q. What is your returns policy?

Q. Which service do you use for shipping?
A. We use M&P, TCS, and Leopards Courier Services for shipping.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. We deliver within 2-3 working days after the confirmation call.
